1. Definitions
  • WishPoint refers to the platform providing technology services, solutions, and support packages to startups and companies.

  • User refers to any individual or entity availing tech services through WishPoint.

  • Services include software development, tech advisory, SaaS solutions, workflow automation, digital platform setup, and related technology services.

  • Payment Methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

2. Eligibility
  • Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to engage in business transactions.

  • By availing WishPoint’s services, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Tech Services
  • Users must provide accurate project requirements and supporting information necessary to initiate services.

  • WishPoint will deliver services based on the agreed scope of work and timelines mutually established through communication and contracts.

  • Customizations, additional requests, or scope changes will be evaluated separately and may incur additional charges.

4. Service Processing and Delivery
  • Service timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and mutual agreement.

  • WishPoint commits to making commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or dependencies on user inputs.

  • Users will receive written confirmation (email or portal notification) once services are initiated or delivered.

5. Fees and Payment Terms
  • WishPoint charges fees based on the service package selected or as per a custom quotation shared.

  • Users must make payments through approved payment methods prior to service initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any third-party charges (bank fees, payment gateway fees) are borne by the user.

6. Refunds and Cancellation
  • Refunds are governed by WishPoint’s Refund Policy for Tech Services.

  • Refunds are not applicable once services have commenced, partially delivered, or completed.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated based on the status of service delivery.

7. User Responsibilities
  • Users must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access or documents required for service execution.

  • Any delays resulting from user inaction may impact service timelines and are not WishPoint’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property
  • Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created during the service engagement will remain the property of WishPoint until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, relevant deliverables as defined in the scope will be transferred to the user.

9. Security and Privacy
  • WishPoint implements industry-standard measures to protect user data and confidential information.

  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
  • WishPoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misusing the platform.

  • Services may also be suspended in cases of non-payment or breach of agreement terms.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • WishPoint may modify these Terms at any time.

  • Significant updates will be communicated to users, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
